Hard to Soft copy better for the environment

Paper ranks as the fifth energy consumer around the world. Not only does the greater demand for paper mean the felling of more trees, but also the increased usage of fossil fuels, water and chemicals for producing the paper. Businesses can go green, become more efficient and less wasteful. This would be not just better for environment, but save expenses and boost the business’ reputation in the long run. If the business cannot go 100% paperless, employees should try to reuse paper as much as possbile. Good ways of cutting down on paper are electronic invoicing, using digital signatures, storing data in digital archives, using digital manuals and distributing data on cloud services.
